ISPA death in infants and toddlers is 20% -30% caused by ISPA. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the physical condition of the house and human factors with the incidence of ISPA in infants in the Work Area of the Garuda Public Health Center, Tangkerang Tengah Village, Pekanbaru in 2019. The method of this research is quantitative with Cross Sectional research design. The population in the study were all mothers who have toddlers in the Working Area of the Puskesmas Garuda Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah Pekanbaru. The research sample was 100 respondents with the Stratified Random Sampling sampling technique. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate with the chi square test, the measuring instruments used were questionnaires, observation sheets, lighting gauges, tape meters and data processing using computers. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between ventilation value = 0.006 (alpha <0.05), occupancy density value of 0.001 (alpha <0.05), lighting value 0.029(alpha<0.05), smoking habit value 0.002 (alpha < 0.05), the temperature of Pvalue is 0.226 (alpha<0.05), maternal knowledge is 0.024 (alpha <0.05) with the incidence of ISPA. It is suggested that the health center can work with the community to conduct counseling about healthy homes and about ISPA so that it can increase the knowledge of the community, especially mothers who have toddlers
Elmia kursani, Beny Yulianto, Widya Safitri Ramadhani ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/485 Thu, 12 Dec 2019 12:23:01 +0700 PREPARASI DAN ISOLASI MIKROKRISTAL DARI AMPAS TEBU (Saccharum officinarum L.) http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/487
Selulosa mikrokristal merupakan hasil isolasi dari alfa selulosa. The results showed that Temulawak essential oil and Lavender essential oil were carried out using the water distillation method, obtained levels of 2.3% and 1.8%. Essential oils in Temulawak were identified by testing their physical properties which include specific gravity, solubility in ethanol 90%, solubility in chloroform and oil in NaCl. The identification results obtained in the Temulawak rhizome and Lavender plants are specific gravity 0.9436 and 0.8221. Solubility in ethanol 90% with a volume ratio of 1: 3.7 mL and 1: 3.3 mL. solubility in chloroform of 1: 3.3 mL and 1: 3.3 mL. on the addition of NaCl in the oil oil reduction occurs.
rani prabandari, desy Nawangsari, Kukuh Yunianto Sumargo ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/488 Thu, 12 Dec 2019 12:32:10 +0700 ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEJADIAN NEUROPATI DIABETIK PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS TIPE 2 http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/489
Diabetic neuropathy is the most common complication in DM patients and can worsen the patient’s quality of life. Implementation of education by emphasizing learning that separates the presentation between one subject and other subjects will cause quite serious problems, especially for midwifery students who are expected to become professional midwives who are expected to play an active role in reducing the MMR and IMR. Competence is an underlying characteristic of a person related to the effectiveness of individual performance in his work or basic characteristics of individuals who have a causal relationship or as a cause and effect with criteria that are used as a reference, effective or excellent or superior performance at work or in certain situations, so that learning models are needed integrated ie a teaching or instructional model to help students develop in-depth and indirect understanding of a systematic set of knowledge simultaneously and practice critical thinking, involving several required subjects or disciplines so that boundaries between subjects can be abolished to provide a learning experience that is meaningful. One of the courses is pregnancy care integrated with aspects of women's needs, professional ethics, communication, religion, culture, and psychology to improve student competency in pregnancy care.

Keywords: integrated learning model, pregnancy care.
Fitria Pranbandari ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/499 Thu, 12 Dec 2019 12:38:19 +0700 Efektivitas Biaya Penggunaan Omeprazole Dan Ranitidin Pada Pasien Gastritis http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/498
ABSTRACT

Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa caused by various factors such as Helicobacter pylori infection which can occure acute or chronic. The use of ranitidine therapy in gastritis patients is greater than omeprazole. The aim of the study was to analyze the cost-effectiveness of treating inpatient gastritis patients using omeprazole or ranitidine. The study was an observational cross-sectional method according to the hospital's perspective using secondary data in January-December 2016 period regarding the treatment of 65 BPJS class-III gastritis patients. The data includes demographic data, length of stay and total costs. A total of 32 patients class III BPJS use omeprazole and 33 patients use ranitidine. Patients age ranged from 17-65 years. Statistical used independent t-test. The results showed female (72.31%), aged 17-38 (60%) and length of stay 3-4 days (56.9%). Average total cost of omeprazole therapy Rp. 544,802.59 and ranitidine Rp. 557,563.12, with probability 0,696 > 0,05, so the result was not significantly different. Omeprazole therapy was more effective than ranitidine with percent of effectiveness 59,38% and 51,41%. ACER value of omeprazole therapy Rp. 9.234,06/1% recovery was more less than ranitidine Rp. 10.932,61/1% recovery. So omeprazole more cost-effective than ranitidine

Keyword : Cost Effectiveness Analysis, gastritis, omeprazole, ranitidine
Sunarti Sunarti, Nur Aminatus Sholihah, Oetari Oetari ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/498 Thu, 12 Dec 2019 12:36:39 +0700 Hubungan Antara Status Gizi Balita Dengan Kejadian Ispa (Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut) Pada Balita Di Puskesmas Karanglewas http://ejournal.uhb.ac.id/index.php/VM/article/view/500
Abstract

Age toddlers are the most vulnerable groups with respiratory infection.
