Abstract

Artikel ini membandingkan tiga peneltian terdahulu mengenai pemulihan kepercayaan pelanggan. Topik tersebut dipilih karena pemulihan kepercayaan merupakan salah satu strategi penting bagi segala jenis perusahaan dalam menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan. Pemulihan kepercayaan perlu dirumuskan secara tepat oleh perusahaan sebab kemajuan pesat teknologi sangat memudahkan pelanggan secara cepat menyebarkan berita negatif terkait pelanggaran kepercayaan di berbagai media sosial yang dimiliki. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk membandingkan dan meninjau secara kritis penelitian tentang berbagai tindakan pemulihan kepercayaan serta merangkum implikasi dan keterbatasannya. Rangkuman tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk mengembangkan penelitian selanjutnya dengan topik serupa
