Penguatan Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa melalui Edukasi Stress Management Berbasis Aktivitas Fisik pada Kegiatan Kunjungan Industri di PT Nissin Biscuit Indonesia

This community service activity was conducted on 18 June 2026 as an educational socialization program on physical activity-based stress management for students participating in an industrial visit to PT Nissin Biscuit Indonesia. The activity was motivated by the increasing demands of productivity, intensive digital activities, sedentary lifestyles, and the need for students to develop practical stress management literacy before entering the industrial workplace. In this activity, physical activity was understood as bodily movement involving skeletal muscles and energy expenditure, including both structured exercise and simple daily movements. The activity aimed to improve participants’ understanding of stress, its effects on mental health and productivity, and the role of physical activity as a simple, safe, affordable, and non-pharmacological strategy for stress management. The method consisted of material delivery, discussion, question-and-answer sessions, participant reflection, and oral evaluation. The activity indicated positive responses and increased awareness among participants regarding the role of physical activity in stress management, as reflected in the discussion sessions, questions raised, and participant reflections. Overall, the activity demonstrates that integrating stress management education into industrial visits can enrich students’ understanding of healthy lifestyles and work readiness.
