Abstract

Saat ini website telah digunakan secara luas dan menjadi bagian penting bagi rumah sakit sebagai sarana yang sederhana dan murah untuk menyediakan akses informasi dan layanan. Kualitas yang baik dan kemudahan penggunaan menjadi kriteria penting dalam keberhasilan sebuah website. Usability merupakan salah satu alat yang banyak digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas suatu website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifkasi aspek-aspek usability pada website rumah sakit guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan Stover Model dengan beberapa kriteria yang disesuaikan menunjukkan pada aspek kualitas konten sebanyak 37,5% kriteria telah terpenuhi, sedangkan pada aspek fungsional sebanyak 20% kriteria telah terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa elemen website rumah sakit harus ditingkatkan untuk menghasilkan usability yang lebih baik.
