Archive management still mostly uses manuals, especially at the LANTAMAL XIII Health Service (DINKES) of Tarakan City. This activity aims to train the use of filing system management within the LANTAMAL XIII Health Service (DINKES). This activity is carried out by targeting the TU admin and staff to be able to operate the archive management system with the stages of making archive labels, the disposition circulation process, then continuing with inputting incoming documents, outgoing documents, supporting documents, personnel documents, document borrowing process, borrowing personnel documents, managing user and reports. The role of lecturers in this community service activity is very influential in increasing knowledge and cooperation, so it is hoped that this activity can be scheduled regularly to help other agencies and community activities.
