Jurnal Hukum In Concreto [E-ISSN 2963-7724] is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Harapan Bangsa (LPPM UHB), Indonesia. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for publishing original research, conceptual analysis, and critical legal studies that address contemporary legal issues in Indonesia and the global legal landscape.

The journal’s distinctive focus lies in Technology Law and Digital Business Law, reflecting the growing need for legal scholarship that responds to digital transformation and the global digital economy. It welcomes studies on artificial intelligence law, cyber law, data protection, digital privacy, electronic transactions, financial technology, platform governance, intellectual property in digital ecosystems, cybercrime, digital evidence, and regulatory challenges in digital business. Inspired by the legal term in concreto, meaning legal reasoning based on concrete facts and practical realities, the journal promotes legal analysis that is contextual, applicable, and responsive to real-world legal problems. This approach bridges legal theory and legal practice, particularly in understanding how law operates within an increasingly digital society.

Beyond its main focus, Jurnal Hukum In Concreto also accommodates broader legal studies, including business law, commercial law, intellectual property law, criminal law, constitutional law, administrative law, international law, human rights law, environmental law, and comparative legal studies. Published twice a year, in February and August, the journal encourages national, regional, and global perspectives to strengthen adaptive and forward-looking legal discourse.
