Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Di Rsi Banjarnegara
Abstract
The increasing of hospital service quality as one of the purpose of healthy building program is efort estabilished to reach target development. The quality service of hospital such as maximlize the nurses role as healthy staff who serve society by aming for nursing quality raising ( Rahmulyono, 2008). This condition demand nurse to have own organization commitment to carryout her function one of theway to improve organization commitment is by efforting job satisfaction for their salves. Based on nursing personality data of Islam Hospital Banjarnegara for 5 year lates there are 13 nurses go out.
The research done by aming to know empiricily the relation between actifity with organization commitment.
Data collecting Method of the research uses primer data collecting method by giving quesioner. This research is done at nurse of Islam Hospital Banjarnegara amount the populasion as 70 responden, The technics sampling uses sampling total method by desaining discriptif analisis.
The result of statistic exsperiment chi square has χ² = 27,755, 0,001 smaller of
0,05 it shows that there is a significan relation between job satisfaction to commitment organiszationof nursing at Islam Hospital of Banjarnegara.
