Withdrawal of the Manuscript

Authors are not allowed to withdraw manuscripts once they have been submitted. During the submission process, authors agree not to submit the same article for review or publication elsewhere, as doing so would waste the valuable time of the editors and reviewers who have dedicated substantial effort and resources to process the submitted manuscripts.

Should an author persist in requesting the withdrawal of a manuscript that is still in the peer review process, they will be subject to a withdrawal fine of IDR 1,500,000 per manuscript, payable to the publisher. However, it is considered unethical to withdraw a manuscript from one journal if it has been accepted by another. In the event that an author seeks to withdraw a manuscript after it has been accepted for publication, a withdrawal fine of IDR 2,500,000 per manuscript will be imposed. Manuscript withdrawal is only permitted after the withdrawal fine has been paid in full to the Publisher.

Authors who do not comply with the fine payment will be blacklisted, along with their affiliates, from further publication in this journal
