Open Access Policy
Journal of Biomedical Psychology and Artificial Intelligence (JBPAI) provides immediate open access to all published content in order to support the global exchange of knowledge in biomedical psychology and artificial intelligence. The journal believes that removing access barriers promotes scientific progress, interdisciplinary collaboration, and equitable dissemination of research.
All articles published in JBPAI are freely available online without subscription or payment. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and source.
Authors retain the copyright to their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Published articles are distributed under an open license that permits non-commercial use, sharing, and adaptation with appropriate credit, unless otherwise specified. The journal encourages responsible reuse that preserves the integrity of the scholarly record.
Open access publication does not compromise peer review standards. All manuscripts undergo the same rigorous editorial and peer review process regardless of access status.
The journal is committed to long-term digital preservation and accessibility. Articles are archived using recognized digital preservation systems to ensure continued availability of the scholarly record.
JBPAI supports ethical open science practices, including data transparency, reproducibility, and responsible sharing of research materials, while respecting privacy, confidentiality, and legal restrictions related to biomedical and psychological data.
