Pengaruh Terapi Musik Klasik Mozart Terhadap Penurunan Tingkat Stress Ibu Primipara Dalam Merawat Bayi Di Desa Teluk Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2014
Abstract
Postpartum is a special phase in the life of the mother and baby. Childbirth for the first time or primiparous mothers will experience some changes as emotional changes. Mothers who have a low stress control tend to be unable to care for the baby properly and have a health problem that is characterized by sleeping difficulty, lack of appetite. This study aims to investigate the influence of Mozart classical music therapy to decrease the level of stress in mothers caring for infants in TelukVillage, Banyumas Regency in 2014. This study used a pre-experimental approach with one group pre test-post test design. The sample in the study was primiparous mothers in Teluk Village as many as 11 people. The sampling was taken by using purposive sampling technique. This study used a questionnaire sheet. The statistical test used is paired samples t-test. The research shows that the average level of stress prior to Mozart classical music therapy was 85.21, the average stress level after classical music of Mozart therapy performed is 82.45. The Statistical analysis showed that Mozart classical music therapy affected the level of stress in mothers caring for infants to decrease with p-value = 0.001. The results of this study can be used to overcome the problem of primiparous mothers especially the psychological stress in caring for a baby.
