How to Revise Your Article

Authors whose manuscripts require revision are requested to carefully follow the revision guidelines below to ensure an efficient and timely review process.

1. Revise the Manuscript

All revised, added, or modified text in the manuscript must be highlighted in YELLOW to clearly indicate the changes made during the revision process.

2. Upload the Revised Manuscript (Word File)

Authors must upload the revised manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

The revised file should:

  • Incorporate all required corrections

  • Be the final revised version ready for further evaluation

3. Complete and Upload the Reviewer Response Form

Authors are required to submit a Reviewer Response Form detailing how each reviewer’s comment has been addressed.

The response form should:

  • List each reviewer comment clearly

  • Provide a specific response for every comment

  • Indicate page and line numbers where revisions were made in the manuscript

If a comment is not followed, authors must provide a clear and logical justification.

4. Files to Be Submitted

During the revision submission, please ensure that the following files are uploaded:

  1. Revised Manuscript (Word file)

  2. Completed Reviewer Response Form
