Perbedaan Tingkat Kecemasan Orang Tua Terhadap Pemasangan Kateter Infus Dan Pengambilan Sample Darah Pada Anak Dengan Rawat Inap Rsud Dr. R. Goetheng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga
Abstract
Anxiety is a condition or emotionality reaction against individual assessment manifested by feelings of anxiety, fear, calm accompanied by a variety of physical complaints. Anxiety often felt when experiencing hospitalization where information administration and communication is often overlooked.
The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the level of anxiety of parents of children who are given invasive measures catheterization installation infusion and blood sampling. This research is analytic survey with a sample size of 151 people the child's parents, 76 parents with children who do acts infusion and 75 parents with children who do acts of venous blood sampling.
Parents, especially mothers whose children experienced hospitalization given medical measures in the form of installation of the infusion catheter in RSID Goetheng Taroenadibrata mostly suffered severe anxiety amounting to 47.40%, the data provided in the form of medical action mostly taking a blood sample also experience severe anxiety that is equal to 45.30%. There is no difference in the level of anxiety of parents especially mothers against action used catheterization infusion and taking blood sample with p value is 0655%.
